Determining survey objectives:

  • Planning and creating a customized survey that measures issues pertinent to your organization;
  • Discussing how the data should be broken out to provide meaningful information and determine how the results should be disseminated throughout the organization;
  • Determining what type of training might be needed to ensure managers can effectively communicate results to their employees;
  • Determining the most effective way to administer the survey, either on-line, paper and pencil, or some combination of both;
  • Our survey partner, Standard and Associates maintains a normative database of survey responses that organizations can use as an external benchmark. This way, an organization can determine whether its results are below average, average or above average compared to other companies.
  • Once the survey results are tabulated, comprehensive reports are developed for presentation to employees, managers and senior leaders, with interpretation assistance and follow-up action planning.
