HR Hotline
The Human Resources Hotline provides “on demand” access to expert advice on routine, operational human resources issues. The principal modes of contact are by phone and e-mail. Effectively, the contracted Hotline service can function for the user as a virtual Human Resources Manager. Our service guarantee is that every attempt will be made to respond to user’s inquiry with a four (4) hour time frame.

The Hotline is not intended to provide legal counsel or benefit administration information, although there may be instances when the Hotline advice would compliment or be used in conjunction with legal and/or benefit administration information. The Hotline experts will be very mindful as to when the user’s inquiry would be more appropriately answered by an attorney or a benefit account representative and will direct the user accordingly.
