A core offering of our consulting practice is HR Program Assessments.  We have helped our clients determine where improvement can be implemented, including developing priorities and an overall HR strategic plan as a result of our assessments.  Specific steps in our process include:

  • Presentation of the Findings, Evaluation and Recommendations

The final step of the HR Program Assessment process is a presentation to the HR and organizational leaders in an informal “working session” format of the findings, evaluation and recommendations.  This presentation is designed to afford the key leaders of the organization the opportunity to thoroughly review and discuss all aspects of the report, especially our recommendations.
